| Amir Chodorov, Co-Founder & CEO |
 | | Amir is a seasoned business executive and retired jet fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force. An expert in BI, Analytics and knowledge management systems, Amir has served as an academic advisor for Chief Knowledge Officers across the private sector.
Amir has drawn from these experiences to conceptualize and develop the Sterna Business Positioning System™, effectively bringing the most complex command and control concepts and technologies available to the enterprise environment.
Amir also has an extensive experience in System Dynamics, including leadership in the implementation of complex systems for the Israeli Air Force and business organizations.
Amir completed graduate studies in Strategic and International Crisis at the Ecole de Guerre in Paris, France. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. |

| Yoel Nahari, Chief Operating Officer (COO) |
 | | As Sterna Technologies Chief Operating Officer (COO), Yoel is responsible for the company’s global operations, including strategic alliances and domestic sales.
Prior to joining Sterna Technologies, Yoel spent over 6 years at IBM as Managing Director of the IBM Global Technology Unit, an IBM division responsible for driving new world wide business for IBM via the Israeli high-tech sector. Prior to IBM, Yoel served for four years as Sales Division Manager for Pelephone, Israel’s leading mobile carrier. Prior to Pelephone, Yoel served as VP Sales at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), responsible for revenue generation within the industrial, commercial, and financial services sectors.
Yoel holds a B.Sc in Computer Science.

| Jason Wolf, President, Sterna Americas |
 | | As Sterna Technologies President of the Americas region, Jason brings over 10 years of executive management experience in enterprise software applications, across a broad range of senior management positions with leading software companies.
Prior to joining Sterna Technologies, Jason spent over 6 years with SAP. From 2006 to 2007 he was SVP responsible for SAP's Small Business Solutions. From 2003 to 2006, as SVP of New Product Introduction, Jason managed the introduction to market of the SAP NetWeaver product line as well as other strategic products. From 2001 to 2003, Jason was VP of Solution Engineering for SAP and SAP Portals (a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP). From 1997 to 2001, Jason served as a senior executive at TopTier, the Enterprise Portal software segment pioneer, which was acquired by SAP in 2001.

| Olivier Leteurtre, Managing Director, EMEA and Asia |
 | | As Sterna Technologies Managing Director for EMEA and Asia, Olivier heads Sterna Technologies' European headquarters in Paris, holding overall responsibility for the company’s activities in the region.
Olivier spent 13 years in Tecnomatix, a publicly traded software company in the Enterprise Software market of Manufacturing Process Management. Shortly after joining the company in France in 1993, he served as Managing Director covering France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. In 1999 his responsibilities were extended to cover Japan and shortly after all Asian countries as Vice President. In 2002, Olivier was promoted to Executive Vice President, responsible for operations on a worldwide basis. Based in Boston, Olivier covered all worldwide activities in addition to a strategic partnership with UGS Company which acquired Tecnomatix in 2005.
Olivier is a Mechanical Engineer, and holds a European MBA. |

 | | Boaz comes to Sterna Technologies with over 30 years of technology leadership, executive and entrepreneurial expertise. Boaz is responsible for designing patented and globally implemented technology solutions across various industries, including the Aircraft, Military, Telecom and Health sectors.
Prior to joining Sterna Technologies, Boaz lead the development of the Israel Aircraft Industry's command and control technology for unmanned instruments – including planes, vehicles, sea craft and the next generation Unmanned Air Vehicle ground control station - considered the most advanced command and control systems in the world. Boaz has vast experience developing systems such as MRP, Automation Control Systems and various security systems

| Oren Ezra, VP Marketing and Product Management |
 | | Oren serves as Vice President of Marketing with global responsibility for Sterna's go-to-market strategy and product management.
Prior to joining Sterna Technologies, Oren held several executive positions at Jacada, Ltd., a provider of customer service solutions. He began his career at Jacada in the United States, where he lead the company's worldwide consulting and training business as Vice President of Professional Services. Oren later served as SVP Product Management, with responsibility for Jacada's product portfolio, and most recently served as SVP International Field Services, responsible for post and presales services in international markets. Prior to Jacada, Oren was Project Manager for John Bryce Systems, responsible for Oracle ERP implementations, and prior to that he served in Israel's Air Force for six years as an officer in various management positions of software development.

| Alex Kuchuk, CFO |
 | | Alex serves as CFO, with global responsibility for Financial Management, Accounting and Investor relations. Alex brings vast management and consulting experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Sterna Technologies, Alex held the position of Controller in PortAuthority Technologies, an International company, specializing in information security based in Palo Alto, which was acquired by Websense Inc. in 2007. Prior to PortAuthority Technologies, Alex served in several Senior Consulting & Management roles in Deloitte & Touche both in Israel and in NYC.
Alex earned a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew university and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded Dean’s Excellency. |
