Prior to Sterna, Yoav held several senior executive positions in Nice Systems (NASDAQ:NICE), a leading provider of CEM (Customer Experience Management) software solutions.
Before Nice, Yoav served as an executive in Applied Materials (NASDAQ:AMAT).
Yoav's executive experience and skills cover all business aspects including sales and marketing, R&D and Business Development.
Yoav holds a BSc in Computers Science, and MBA from Tel-Aviv University, and is a graduate of INSEAD executive programs.

Boaz is responsible for designing patented and globally implemented technology solutions across various industries, including the Aircraft, Military, Telecom and Health sectors.
Prior to joining Sterna Technologies, Boaz lead the development of the Israel Aircraft Industry's command and control technology for unmanned instruments – including planes, vehicles, sea craft and the next generation Unmanned Air Vehicle ground control station - considered the most advanced command and control systems in the world. Boaz has vast experience developing systems such as MRP, Automation Control Systems and various security systems
