| Abraham Adamov |
 | | Abraham Adamov is Executive Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Sterna Technologies. An entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the Israeli construction, real-estate and high-tech sectors, Abraham is known for his innovative and unique projects and for identifying new talent to spearhead these efforts.
One of Abraham's most well known endeavors is the development of Israel's only private city – Airport City – a business district that houses 400,000 square meters of logistics centers, offices, conference centers and commercial centers. Abraham sold his shares in this very successful enterprise several yeas ago. In addition, he served as a Co-Founder of Farechase, an on-line travel site that was sold to Yahoo in 2004. |

| Ken Goldman |
 | | Mr. Goldman served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems from August 2000 until the close of Oracle Corporation’s acquisition of Siebel in January 2006. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO of Excite@Home. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Goldman served as Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO of Sybase, Inc. Other CFO positions that Mr. Goldman has held were with Cypress Semiconductor and VLSI Technology. Mr. Goldman earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and received his master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. He is an advisory board member for the Harvard Business School California Research Center, and a former member of the NASDAQ’s Issuer Affairs Committee. He serves as a trustee on the board of Cornell University and serves as a director on the boards of four public and several private companies. |

| Joel Hyatt |
 | | Mr. Hyatt has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Current Media, LLC, a cable and satellite television company, since September 2002. From September 1998 to June 2003, Mr. Hyatt was a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Previously, Mr. Hyatt was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc., a provider of employer-sponsored group legal plans. Hyatt graduated from Dartmouth College and Yale Law School. He is a member of the board of trustees of Morehouse College and of The Brookings Institution. Hyatt was elected to the board of directors of Hewlett-Packard Company in May 2007. |

| Aaron Mankovski |
 | | Mr. Mankovski serves as Managing General Partner at Pitango Venture Capital. He co-founded Eucalyptus Ventures in 1997, and has served as Managing Director since that time. He joined the Pitango team as a Managing Director with the combination of the Eucalyptus and Pitango management groups in April 2000. Mr. Mankovski has 16 years of experience in Executive Management (CEO, Sales and Marketing) in the high-technology sector in Israel and abroad. Prior to founding Eucalyptus, he served as Corporate Vice President of Orbotech Ltd.(NASDAQ: ORBK), responsible for worldwide operations, sales and customer support. He previously served as President and CEO of Orbotech Inc., and prior to that was a sales executive at IBM. He also served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force. Mr. Mankovski holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel Aviv University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CTI2, Proficiency and PacketLight Networks. |

| Udi Ziv |
 | | During the years 2001-2007, Mr. Ziv held several senior executive positions with SAP AG, the leading global enterprise software company. These positions included: General Manager of SAP’s Small Business Solutions Product and Technology Unit; Managing Director of SAP Labs Israel, the fourth largest research & development center of SAP; Vice President R&D for SAP Portal. Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Ziv was one of the original members, and the head of the global R&D activities, of TopTier Software, a leading enterprise portal company. In 2001 SAP acquired TopTier software, which led to Mr. Ziv’s successful tenure at SAP. Mr. Ziv graduated with honors from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, where he received a bachelor’s of science degree in computer engineering. He is an active chairman or board member in several companies in the enterprise software industry, leveraging his 20 years of experience in this industry. |

| Reuven Adler |
 | | Mr. Adler co-founded Adler Chomsky Advertising in 1996, which has grown to one of Israel's five leading ad agencies and Grey Advertising's local affiliate. His agency is responsible for the image design and branding of major Israeli companies such as Israel Lottery, Shemen (Oils), Tivol (Food), Wissotzky Tea, Paz (Energy), Igud Bank, Electric Company, Isracard/Mastercard. Mr. Adler served as Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's top adviser and campaign manager in 1997, 2001, and 2003, and has served as campaign manager of Kadima (Israel's governing party) with Ehud Olmert, current Israeli Prime Minister, since 2006. |
