The information you, our customer, provide is critical to future releases and continued improvements in our product support offerings.
Each customer has a personal customer support expert assigned to his account. This assures that there is always someone familiar with your organization and that will be able to efficiently help from an issue's inception, though whatever escalation if needed, all the way to final resolution. We never place support calls in a generic queue. Even on the rare occasions when your customer support expert is not available, whoever serves as customer support duty manager for that particular day, will help you. Your customer support expert will always be notified of your call and follow up on it promptly.
