Strauss Group, a $1.2B global business, is the merged entity between Elite, a leading producer of dry foods, and Strauss, a leader in fresh foods. After the merger, it had multiple and disparate operational systems and BI solutions, and was challenged by a constant gap between management needs and IT delivery capabilities.

A three-month implementation of Sterna BPS™ created a unified view of the merged entity and provided managers across the organization with unprecedented, real-time, enterprise-wide visibility into deviations from target performance, and the financial impact of these deviations.

The successful initial deployment to Strauss Group’s senior management resulted in a rapid expansion of the solution, increasing the Strauss user-base to several hundred users throughout the entire organization.

Makhteshim Agan North America (MANA) is the North American subsidiary of Makhteshim Agan Industries Ltd., a world leader in generic crop protection, with revenues of approximately $200 million. MANA required a robust, real-time platform to monitor sales and gain insights on the operational impact on the bottom line. Business Travel Center (BTC) is the Israeli representative of BCD Travel, the world’s third largest corporate travel management company. BCD Israel is ranked among the top three corporate travel providers in Israel.

BCD Israel utilizes world-leading travel and tourism systems in combination with back-office systems and reporting tools. Despite their advanced IT infrastructure, the company still faced challenges in adapting to their dynamically changing business environment.

Following a five-week implementation, Sterna BPS™ was deployed in a fully hosted SaaS model, and has managed to dramatically cut down the time latency between business events and decision making, and enabled BCD Israel managers to gain real-time control over daily operations.
